Job Overview
The Client Services team seeks an Associate Project Manager to oversee interpretation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Scoping: Work with clients to identify their needs, ensure expectations for quality, speed, and cost are met, and match linguists to projects.
* Matchmaking: Identify suitable linguists, present their experience relevantly, recruit new linguists when necessary, and evaluate profitability and client satisfaction.
* Executing: Sync expectations between clients and linguists, chaperone calls, and communicate post-project satisfaction.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field.
* Fluency in English; fluency in an additional language is beneficial.
* Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and ability to work under pressure.
