Pricing and Deal Desk Senior Analyst at VTEX — Join to apply for the role. As part of the Pricing & Deal Desk team, you will help optimize pricing models and play a crucial role in strategic negotiations. You will provide essential support globally to various departments and teams, combining organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth daily tasks and projects.
Responsibilities
Strategic Thinking: Develop strategic, analytical, and creative approaches for revenue generation aligned with VTEX objectives.
Pricing Optimization: Conduct analyses to refine VTEX product pricing models, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.
Commercial Support: Collaborate with commercial teams, providing analytical support, insights, and data-driven decisions to enhance profitability in negotiations.
Price Management: Design and implement price management processes, considering strategic and day-to-day operational aspects, governance and business rules.
Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor product development, proposing price optimizations to maximize performance.
Project Leadership: Lead projects related to new pricing models for the company's key revenue streams.
Technical Expertise: Apply knowledge of the VTEX platform architecture to pricing strategies, revenue metrics, and negotiation, combined with pricing optimization initiatives to refine VTEX product pricing models for competitiveness and profitability.
Qualifications
Proficiency in English and Spanish.
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
Analytical and systemic thinking.
Interest and ease to learn new tools and concepts.
Strong organization and self-motivation.
Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
At least 3 years of experience in the field.
