About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Solutions Consultant to lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative marketing technology solutions. This is a strategic and technical role at the intersection of marketing and fan experience, especially within fast-paced industries.
You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their fans' behaviors, journeys, and content consumption habits, and translate those insights into personalized, real-time activations.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
* Architect and lead the delivery of complex marketing technology solutions that are scalable, future-proof, and aligned with client goals.
* Partner closely with stakeholders to understand their fans' behaviors and translate those insights into personalized, real-time activations.
* Mentor and support junior engineers, providing guidance on best practices in marketing technology implementation, data design, and campaign orchestration.
* Drive the technical delivery of marketing technology projects end-to-end, ensuring on-time completion, high-quality outputs, and alignment with scope.
* Stay current with evolving marketing technology capabilities and broader industry trends to help clients maintain a competitive edge.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with project managers, strategists, and analytics teams to align technical execution with business objectives and measurable outcomes.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in marketing technology implementations, with deep hands-on expertise in Adobe Experience Platform and related tools.
* Strong knowledge of marketing performance metrics and how to architect solutions that influence outcomes such as ROI, CLTV, churn, and campaign lift.
* Proven ability to lead technical teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and foster a collaborative delivery environment.
* Experience with data, segmentation, identity resolution, consent management, and journey building & personalization within AEP.
* Solid grasp of Agile methodologies and experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
Desirable Skills:
* Experience working with or supporting clients in fast-paced industries.
* Familiarity with fan engagement strategies, event-driven personalization, and omnichannel orchestration.
* Integration experience with cloud platforms and third-party data sources to enrich customer profiles.
