Role Overview
This is a Scrum Master role in a Product & Engineering environment, supporting one to two Scrum teams and contributing to the continuous improvement of Agile practices.
The ideal candidate will be a professional comfortable working with distributed teams and collaborating closely with Agile leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure alignment with Agile principles during all Scrum ceremonies
* Support and guide one Scrum team, with potential responsibility for a second team
* Partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to improve team performance and delivery
* Assist with the implementation and adoption of SAFe practices to enhance team efficiency
* Identify and help remove impediments impacting team progress through effective communication and problem-solving
* Drive a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback
* Collaborate closely with mid-level managers and cross-functional team members across multiple regions to achieve shared goals
