**ATIVIDADES**:
Coordenar e avaliar os serviços técnicos de edifícios comerciais, através da gestão das atividades de manutenção e operações terceirizadas
Emitir diariamente relatórios de cumprimento dos SLA's para atendimento das ordens de serviços, incluindo ordens corretivas e preventivas
Distribuir as ordens de serviços das manutenções preventivas planejadas em cronograma SES
Acompanhar diariamente a conclusão das manutenções e ordens de serviços
**Requisitos**:
Ensino médio completo
Conhecimento no pacote office
Experiência em manutenção ou gerenciamento de ordens de serviços.
