We are looking for skilled SAP Mobile Developers who want to learn and grow professionally.
 * Work on cross-platform mobile SAP Service and Asset Manager development as part of an empowered product team.
 * Follow industry standards using efficient technologies like SAP BTP Mobile Services, JavaScript, TypeScript, Visual Studio Code, Xcode, Android Studio, SQL, Ultralite DB, Appium, Java, SAP Business Application Studio, GitHub, CI/CD with Hyperspace Fastlane, OData Services, SAP Gateway, S/4HANA system.
 * Collaborate with product managers to clarify customer needs and feature requirements.
 * Work closely with UX designers to ensure seamless and visually appealing user experiences following SAP Fiori Design Guidelines for each platform (iOS, Android, and Windows) and Figma design.
 * E nsure high-performance and responsiveness of developed features.
 * Collaborate with backend integration service developers to align on OData Service features and requirements, ensuring seamless integration in frontend logic.
 * Use S/4HANA systems and their relevant business processes (Plant Maintenance, Quality Management, Material Management, Inventory Management, Extended Warehouse Management, Work Clearance Management, etc.) and data objects (Work Order, Notification, PM Confirmation, Timesheet, Service Order, Service Confirmation, Service Quotation, Equipment, Functional Location, Material Master, etc.), setting up necessary test data in S/4HANA systems, performing end-to-end tests, and validating developed features against S/4HANA systems.
 * Conduct thorough testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and UI automation test scripts for developed features.
 * Collaborate with quality engineers on issues reported, debug, identify, and fix bugs, crashes, and performance issues.
 * Provide detailed documentation on developed features.
 * Collaborate with technical writers to provide information on product features developed for use in product documentation.
 * Adhere to agile development principles and best practices during development.
 * Participate in daily scrums.
 * Participate in backlog grooming and provide good-quality effort estimates.
 * Respond quickly to assigned customer incidents from ServiceNow, following standard customer incident support processes, ensuring timely investigation, proper communication with customers, proper documentation in ServiceNow incidents, and resolution of issues within standard SLAs based on criticality of the customer incidents. Create necessary JIRA issues for tracking and SAP Notes to provide resolutions and fixes.
 * Maintain clear communication and documentation in English.
 * Maintain proper communication and notification with lead MDK developers and development managers on vacation or absence to ensure minimum impact on development timelines.
