Agile Coach
We are seeking an Agile Coach to join our team.
The Agile Coach will be responsible for facilitating problem-solving and cross-team collaboration. This includes coaching teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners in lean-agile principles and optimizing the flow of value across the Agile Release Train (ART).
Main Responsibilities:
* Facilitate cross-functional teams to collaborate and deliver high-quality results.
* Coach teams in agile methodologies, ensuring seamless workflow and efficient delivery.
* Optimize processes to improve efficiency and quality.
Required Skills:
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks.
* Familiarity with JIRA and other project management tools.
