Drive Growth in LATAM
We are seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth across the LATAM region selling nutraceutical ingredients to dietary supplement and functional food & beverage industries.
* The ideal candidate will manage key accounts across LATAM fostering senior-level relationships with brand owners, CDMOs/contract manufacturers, and distributors.
* Develop and execute country- and segment-level territory plans to capture new business opportunities.
* Present nutraceutical ingredients to customers clearly articulating benefits, applications, and go-to-market strategies.
* Collaborate with technical, regulatory, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions and product launches.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify white space and protect market share.
* Meet and exceed quarterly/annual sales targets through accurate forecasting and disciplined CRM hygiene practices.
* Represent the company at regional trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
