Business Development Representative Job Summary
As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound prospecting activities to engage potential customers and generate sales opportunities.
2. Inbound lead generation by analyzing website traffic, social media interactions, and other data sources to increase lead quantity and quality.
3. Research target markets, industries, and competitors to understand customer needs and pain points, enabling effective positioning and promotion of our product.

Requirements:
1. Previous experience in marketing, sales, or business development, with a focus on SDR or similar roles, is preferred.
2. Familiarity with B2B software sales processes and marketing strategies, as well as knowledge of the rendering industry and related technologies, is advantageous.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to establish rapport with potential customers and guide them through the sales process.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to think independently and develop effective sales strategies.
