Business Data Analyst
We are seeking a skilled Business Data Analyst to join our team.
This is a remote opportunity, and we welcome candidates from Brazil.
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field required.
* Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and reporting.
* Strong understanding of SQL and proficiency in tools like Power BI and Snowflake.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
In this role, you will work closely with product managers and owners to gather business requirements and document them.
You will be part of an Agile Product Delivery team and collaborate with subject matter experts to refine product backlog items.
A strong background in launching software solutions or services in partnership with business and engineering teams is highly valued.
You should have a high degree of proficiency in wireframes, prototyping, iterative development, and agile principles.
An ability to inspire a team to act as a small business jointly accountable for its product is essential.
Your experience should include successfully driving end-to-end delivery of highly innovative products, including digital core, dashboards, APIs, cloud, e-commerce, real-time alerts, artificial intelligence.
Outstanding organizational, communication, relationship-building, and collaboration skills at all levels are necessary.
You should have sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, prioritization, and time management skills.
A thorough understanding of cloud data lakes and data warehouse systems, as well as familiarity with MS Power BI for Business reporting and Self-service, is desired.
Prior experience working for a global, highly matrixed, Consumer Packaged Goods company, preferably in the Supply Chain domains, is highly valued.
Knowledge of the CPG market, industry trends, and customer needs to inform the product vision and roadmap is essential.
Your experience should include creating automated data quality management rules.
