Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sportsbook Business Manager based in São Paulo, SP, with opportunities to work partially from home. The Sportsbook Business Manager will oversee the overall strategy and operations for the iGaming B2C product. Responsibilities include managing sportsbook performance, optimizing user acquisition and retention initiatives, coordinating partnerships, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and analyzing competitive market trends. The manager will collaborate with product, marketing, and technical teams to enhance user experience and ensure business objectives are met.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in business management, strategic planning, and operations management
* Knowledge of sportsbook and iGaming industries, with experience in B2C product management
* Competence in data analysis, reporting, and performance optimization
* Experience in digital marketing, customer acquisition, and retention strategies
* Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities
* Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
* Familiarity with compliance requirements in the iGaming sector is a plus
* Proficiency in Portuguese and English
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
