About This Role
This position involves building strong business relationships with hotels in your portfolio. Optimize inventory, availability, and competitiveness of rates through the Reservations Center. Negotiate conditions to maximize conversion and ensure high competitiveness index for assigned hotels.
Analyze demand data and booking patterns using internal tools to align contracted products with agency network demand. Advise on online marketing and direct sales strategies. Identify opportunities for new products, offers, or services in coordination with department heads and the Business Acceleration area.
You will be successful in this position if you have:
* A minimum of 2–3 years of experience.
* Education in tourism or a related field.
* CUSTOMER ORIENTATION.
* Negotation SKILLS.
* Advanced level of English.
