Experienced Recruiter For The Swedish It Industry
Sweden needs skilled engineers. Right now we have ~200 open positions for Software Engineers with our clients in Sweden. As a senior headhunter you will help us to find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden. You will inform candidates about the benefits of living and working in Sweden and build trust with suitable candidates.
Supporting you in these tasks, you will have the assistance of a competent global team of recruiters, as well as an executive management team in Sweden. You will also be supported by our Swedish delivery management team that handles all practical matters related to relocation for our consultants. We fix everything for our employees — visa, work permits, tickets, housing, and more.
Our clients are primarily within the fields of software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development. Your work will be planned and executed together with colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam. Responsibilities
Identify and attract engineering talent for IT roles in Sweden.
Inform candidates about relocation, benefits, and living in Sweden; build trust and manage expectations.
Collaborate with global recruiters and local delivery management to coordinate relocation processes.
Support clients across software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development sectors.
Qualifications
At least 5 years of professional experience in recruitment in the IT sector, or similar technical experience (as documented in CV).
Solid network of local IT engineering talent.
Extremely service oriented with a flexible mindset to find the best solution.
High quality and brand awareness.
Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing.
Upper intermediate English.
Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and ability to learn new technologies.
Analytical, well organized with attention to details; able to identify and close a recruitment request.
Self-confident, social, friendly, motivated; able to handle a rejection gracefully.
Resilient and persistent with a constructive attitude toward work, colleagues and customers.
Responsive and representative appearance.
Employment Details
Full-time, long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur; minimum 12 months.
Eight hours of work per day, Monday to Friday.
Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.
Overtime compensation 1:1 in flex; location: remote or from a co-location center of choice.
Paid national holidays, 20 paid vacation days; paid travels, housing, and per diem.
