This key role will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events from inception to completion.
Responsibilities include:
* Overseeing event logistics, including venue selection, setup, equipment, catering, transportation, and staffing.
* Developing and maintaining event timelines, budgets, and operational checklists.
* Coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
* Supervising on-site event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring all elements align with the event plan.
* Collaborating with marketing and communications teams to promote events and manage guest lists.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
* Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in event planning, logistics, or operations.
* Strong project management and multitasking skills.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
* Proficiency in event management software, budgeting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
