Inside Sales & Pricing Coordinator OpportunityWe are seeking a highly motivated and organized Inside Sales & Pricing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting, engaging with existing and prospective clients to understand their shipping requirements and provide accurate, timely quotations for the most cost-effective routes.Sources new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, handles inbound calls and emails providing service and price information, prepares shipment quotations, clarifies questions, and follows up to close deals.Understands customer needs and requirements to ensure a high level of satisfaction and effective communication.Researches route options, vendors, freight requirements, and other relevant information to identify the most cost-efficient solutions for customers and prospects.Negotiates freight costs with carriers and agents, works on special project quotes, and maintains close relationships with vendors to ensure service quality and cost-effectiveness.Organizes quote requests and internal orders, prioritizes and executes them within required turnaround times.
