Job Description:
The primary responsibility of the Account Manager is to develop and achieve sales targets in assigned accounts. This involves establishing effective sales plans tailored to each account, with a focus on rapidly growing business.
The Account Manager serves as the key interface between customers and all relevant divisions, ensuring seamless communication and coordination. They must maintain current knowledge of company products and services, as well as possess excellent communication skills to interact with professionals within assigned accounts.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* BS degree in life science (minimum); advanced degree or recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Working knowledge of NGS, genomics, and/or molecular biology.
* Prior sales and account management experience in biotech is a plus.
* Deep knowledge/network within assigned accounts is beneficial.
* Independent, self-driven, and goal-oriented individuals are preferred.
* Experience in Salesforce.com or other CRM software is an asset.
* Degree in biology/biochemistry/genetics.
* Some sales experience is required.
* Must be fluent in English.
Availability to travel within Brazil is also essential.
