 
        
        Senior Talent Acquisition Professional
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent Acquisition Professional to join our team in Brazil. As a key member of our talent acquisition team, you will serve as a liaison between our client and us, requiring strong stakeholder management skills, operational insight, and leadership capabilities.
The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
 * Acting as the primary point of contact between us and our clients, ensuring delivery of high-quality recruitment services.
 * Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, offering strategic consulting and data-driven recommendations.
 * Overseeing the performance of the recruitment delivery team, ensuring all service level agreement (SLA) and key performance indicator (KPI) metrics are consistently met.
 * Analyzing operational data and identifying trends to proactively solve issues and drive improvements in recruiting processes.
 * Influencing and guiding the team towards achieving delivery goals and maintaining a high standard of client satisfaction.
 * Presenting insights, updates, and reports to both internal and client-side leadership in a confident and compelling manner.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
 * A minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with an emphasis on talent acquisition.
 * Previous experience in staffing, RPO, or talent consulting firms in client-facing or manager-facing roles.
 * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with senior leadership and clients.
 * Native Portuguese, fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
 * Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and self-assured professional presence.
 * Ability to analyze operational challenges, identify risks/opportunities, and implement strategic solutions.
 * Proven ability to lead or influence recruitment teams towards high performance and successful delivery.
The ideal candidate will have a background in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with a focus on recruitment and proven experience in client-facing roles.
