As a Cognyter you will contribute with:
Recruitment & Employer Branding:
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and support function roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
* Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress and market insights
* Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment process
* Act as a brand ambassador, showcasing the company’s culture, values, and opportunities
* Be the Main point of contact for implementation of all employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives agreed with the global teams
Stakeholder Experience & Corporate Social Responsibility:
* Manage the site communities and organizing events with the support of the community leaders
* Build strong business partnerships with employees and managers by providing consultancy on people related matters
* Participate in business related projects in collaboration with cross functional teams to align on business strategy
* Build strong partnerships with the global people team to effectively collaborate in a matrix organization
Learning & Development:
* Oversee learning programs, internship, tuition, internal communication and career initiatives
* Be the point of contact for implementing all global L&D initiatives locally in the site
* Own Onboarding and offboarding processes, supporting employees’ lifecycle during their career journey in the company
* Promote internal initiatives to improve engagement level on site
For that mission you'll need:
* To establish and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders
* The ability to handle multiple priorities with proper planning and organization skills, working independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to details
* Good analytical skills and experience in using data to identify problems and implement solutions
* Bachelor's degree in HR, Administration, Communication, Psychology or related field
* At least 5 years of experience working in the HR domain
* To be a strong HR Professional with experience in Talent Acquisition, L&D, internal communications and employee relations
* Experience working with HR in the IT field
* Advanced English (reading, writing, speaking)
* Strong Microsoft Office skills
