The Client Delivery Specialist will deliver high-quality experiences to clients by leveraging technical expertise, client interaction skills, and strong problem-solving abilities.
* Lead new users through onboarding, setup, and best practices.
* Capture technical insights and transform lessons learned into clear, actionable knowledge.
* Create and maintain documentation, tutorials, and sample projects.
* Provide technical support via online channels, helping users troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.
Key requirements include 2+ years in a developer-facing or technical support role, a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, experience working with open-source generative AI models, familiarity with containerization and cloud infrastructure, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in Python.
