We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our Product & Engineering environment, supporting one to two Agile teams and contributing to the continuous improvement of processes.
This is a hands-on role, ideal for a professional who is comfortable working with distributed teams and collaborating closely with leadership. As a key member of our team, you will facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring alignment with Agile principles.
Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure alignment with Agile principles
* Support and guide one Agile team, with potential responsibility for a second team
* Partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to improve team performance and delivery
* Assist with the implementation and adoption of SAFe practices
* Identify, escalate, and help remove impediments impacting team progress
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback
Required Skills & Experience:
* 2+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrum of Scrums)
* Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework); certifications are a strong plus
* Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
* Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate team conflicts

Education & Certifications:
* SAFe certification is highly desired
