We are looking for experienced IAM Security Consultants to join our growing Security Operations team. This is a contract role under the PJ (Pessoa Jurídica) model
Role Overview
As part of the IAM-PAM team, you will support and enhance Identity & Access Management operations across global and regional environments. You’ll work closely with security operations, architects, and stakeholders to deliver secure, efficient access management services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day IAM support: ID creation/modification, access provisioning, role management, and de-provisioning
- Handle access requests via ServiceNow (AD groups, shared services, applications)
- Manage Active Directory operations (password resets, account unlocks, admin access, etc.)
- Support IAM tools, local systems, and coordinate with infrastructure/offshore teams
- Act as L3 support for IAM solutions
- Collaborate with IAM/PAM teams and key stakeholders
- Contribute to continuous improvement of IAM/PAM services
- Prepare weekly/monthly status reports
- Support audits and provide required evidence within timelines
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of experience in Identity & Access Management
- 2+ years working in large, enterprise/global IT environments
- Strong knowledge of IAM lifecycle & tools
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
