Job Description
This role entails leading or supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for Import/Export processes. UAT planning, execution, and defect management are key responsibilities. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and IT teams to ensure test coverage aligns with global trade compliance and operational requirements.
Test scripts will be executed, and system functionality validated against business processes. Test results will be documented, and issues escalated for resolution. In some cases, backfilling operational tasks in Import/Export may be required to maintain business continuity during project phases.
