Transport is at the core of modern society. Imagine using your expertise to shape sustainable transport solutions for the future? If you seek to make a difference on a global scale, working with next-gen technologies and the sharpest collaborative teams, then we could be a perfect match.
What You Will Do
As a Reliability Feature Leader, you will act as a reliability expert within product development initiatives. Your main mission will be to define and verify the reliability of components, systems, and complete vehicles in close collaboration with the design departments.
You will identify actions and acceptance criteria to ensure that project reliability targets are met. This will involve analyzing field failure data (from Warranty and Maintenance Contracts), reviewing the complete content of new projects, conducting reliability estimations, and overseeing the full development of the verification and validation plan. The objective is to compare estimated reliability against actual results delivered by the project. These activities may include simulations, calculations, or specific testing procedures such as bench tests or full vehicle evaluations.
You will also play an active role in helping us continuously improve, by analyzing data, identifying new ways to understand how our customers use our products, and aligning with their expectations.
Collaboration with the Field Test and Functional Test Engineering teams will also be essential to enhance our testing methods and codes, and to identify verification needs for emerging technologies.
Additionally, you will work closely with both local teams (such as Q&CS, Warranty, Technical Service) and global teams (CV-SWE, CV-LYS, CV-GSO).
