The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Product Designer who thrives on solving complex user problems, designing for technical audiences, and delivering intuitive product experiences.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on product thinker with a deep understanding of user-centered design for B2B software, a track record of shipping enterprise-grade digital products, and experience working closely with stakeholders in the cybersecurity and SaaS sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end product design processes from discovery and research to wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design;
Partner closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and translate them into user-centered design solutions;
Design interfaces for complex cybersecurity tools and SaaS products focusing on usability, scalability, and performance;
Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to validate design decisions;
Collaborate with stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives, technical constraints, and customer needs;
Create and maintain design systems and UI libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency across the product suite;
Stay updated on industry trends, user behavior patterns, and best practices in product design;
Mentor junior designers and provide design critique and feedback within the team.
Requirements
Full professional proficiency in English (verbal and written) with the ability to clearly articulate design rationale;
A strong portfolio showcasing complex product design work for enterprise software especially in security, data visualization, or technical tools;
Deep expertise with design tools like Figma, FigJam, and prototyping tools such as Framer or Principle;
Solid understanding of user flows, interaction design, information architecture, and visual hierarchy for B2B software;
Experience working in agile development environments with strong collaboration skills;
Familiarity with design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles.
