Job Title: Associate Creative StrategistLocation: RemoteReports to: Creative Director / Senior Creative StrategistRole OverviewThe Associate Creative Strategist will support the Creative Strategy team in managing day-to-day creative workflows, maintaining brand quality standards, and ensuring timely delivery of assets. This role is equal parts organizational wizard, detail inspector, and creative collaborator, with a strong focus on communication and follow-through.Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Workflow & Quality ControlReview and proof all static and video ad creatives for grammar, spelling, and brand tone before client delivery.Monitor client calendars for upcoming sales, launches, or campaigns; ensure required assets are in the workflow and delivered on time.Manage asset requests and ensure designers or team members have the resources they need to complete tasks. Team Coordination & CommunicationVerify that daily client call notes are generated; follow up with team members via Slack if missing.Review post-meeting follow-up emails to identify action items and assign tasks to the appropriate team member.Monitor client communications and escalate unanswered messages to leadership.Maintain a daily checklist of client communication priorities to ensure nothing is missed. Brand & Creative Resource ManagementOrganize and maintain client brand guidelines, persona docs, and other reference materials in a central location accessible to the team.Ensure all team members have easy access to client-specific materials for creative and strategic work. Creative Support & CopywritingUse AI tools to generate ad copy for campaigns, sprints, and upcoming promotions.Assist in brainstorming sessions for campaign concepts, headlines, and messaging.
