Role Overview
The Business Analyst – Product Designer plays a pivotal role in transforming stakeholder visions into functional features. Key responsibilities include assessing business processes, system landscapes, and user pain points to recommend technical solutions and workarounds.
* Analyze complex systems to identify areas for improvement and develop effective workarounds.
* Collaborate with development teams to gather requirements and design functional solutions.
* Document detailed functional design specifications (epics, features, user stories).
* Lead refinement sessions with Scrum teams to review feature designs, estimate effort, and prepare for sprint cycles.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
* A bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
* 2+ years of experience in business analysis, product design, or related roles, ideally within CRM platforms.
