Job Overview:
This role specializes in serving as the primary liaison between Technology and specific business areas.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and analyzing business needs, conducting requirements gathering, and defining scope and objectives.
The role involves recommending solutions or improvements to business processes that can be achieved through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology.
* Evaluate business problems and assess the potential for automated solutions
* Assist in identifying, evaluating, and developing specifications for systems and procedures that are cost-effective and meet business requirements
* Identify opportunities for process improvements, systems integration, and technology solutions that address the needs of business partners
Key Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional verbal, analytical and written communication skills – must be comfortable speaking and writing to C-level audiences, as well as technical audiences.
Traits include a strong ability to manage large projects, processes, products, and systems with limited oversight from management, as well as a proven track record of leadership and expertise.
A University Degree and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience is typically required, along with skills in communication and stakeholder management, data analytics and reporting, data cleaning, structuring, and management, capacity management and prioritization, business/insurance acumen, and IT processes and systems.
Certification in CSM (Certified ScrumMaster) or PMP (Project Management Professional) is also preferred.
