Key Account Managers play a vital role in the success of our business. They are responsible for building strong relationships with hotels, optimizing inventory and rates, and negotiating contracts to maximize conversion and competitiveness.
The main objective of this position is to define goals, manage and acquire a client portfolio, and execute the expansion plan for the assigned market.
* Build strong business relationships with hotels in your portfolio.
* Optimize availability and rates offered through the Reservations Center.
* Negotiate conditions to maximize conversion and ensure high competitiveness for assigned hotels.
* Analyze demand data and booking patterns using internal tools to align contracted products with agency network demand.
* Advise on online marketing and direct sales strategies.
* Identify opportunities for new products, offers, or services in coordination with department heads and Business Acceleration.
To succeed in this position, you should have:
* A minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a related field.
* Education in tourism or a related field.
* Customer orientation and negotiation skills.
* An advanced level of English.
