You will play a pivotal role in scaling high-impact teams across LATAM by leading full-cycle hiring for Engineering, Product, and Go-to-Market functions.
Crafting an exceptional candidate experience drives outcomes as a consultative partner to leaders.
* Develop and execute recruiting strategies from intake to offer across technical and GTM roles in LATAM.
* Closely collaborate with hiring managers and HR to define needs, design interview processes, and drive results.
* Proactively source using talent acquisition tools to build strong pipelines.
* Hiring Strategy: Develop effective hiring strategies to attract top talent for Engineering, Product, and Go-to-Market functions.
* Talent Sourcing: Proactively source candidates using various recruitment channels and tools.
* Candidate Experience: Craft an exceptional candidate experience that drives engagement and conversion.
* Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and HR to define needs, design interview processes, and drive results.
