O estagiário atuará no escritório de São Paulo, trabalhando em estreita colaboração com a equipe de operações para garantir o fluxo completo de distribuição, desde a importação até a revenda no mercado da América Latina. Principais atividades: Responsável por registrar e atualizar preços de clientes do Brasil e América Latina no sistema AX Dynamics 365. Registrar ordens de compra de clientes no sistema e mantê-las atualizadas. Prestar suporte administrativo e organização de documentos. Realizar follow-up de pedidos com clientes e com as áreas comercial e logística. Monitorar fluxo de pedidos: conferência de dados, entrada no sistema, liberação para faturamento e coordenação de entregas. Analisar estoque e coordenar prazos de entrega e atendimento ao cliente. Acompanhar os pedidos em um horizonte de 60 dias para otimização de processos. Controlar pendências e manter a comunicação com todas as áreas e clientes envolvidos. ______________________________ Do you have these requirements?
