Project Lead
We're seeking a skilled project lead to oversee the delivery of complex initiatives in an agile engineering environment.
This role involves translating business priorities into actionable plans, driving clarity, and ensuring quality and consistency in work execution.
As a hands-on leader, you'll navigate ambiguity, keep teams aligned, and drive results in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
* Owning end-to-end delivery of complex projects, from planning through execution and completion
* Serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear updates and driving alignment across teams
* Identifying and mitigating risks, resolving blockers, and adjusting plans as priorities evolve
* Facilitating working sessions, stand-ups, planning meetings, and stakeholder workshops as needed
* Supporting prioritization decisions by providing delivery insights, trade-offs, and impact analysis
* Continuously improving delivery processes, tools, and ways of working to increase efficiency and predictability
* Tracking and reporting on delivery progress using appropriate metrics and tools
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience leading delivery for complex projects or initiatives
* Strong experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar)
* Hands-on experience using Jira for backlog management and delivery tracking
* Proven ability to work effectively with engineering teams and business stakeholders
* Strong communication skills and comfort working in a client-facing role
* Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and bring structure and clarity
* Experience supporting prioritization, change management, and delivery trade-offs
* Basic SQL skills and familiarity with finance or accounting concepts are a plus, but not required
