As a key player in our global team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our projects. Your expertise as a Scrum Master will guide teams in mastering Agile practices for effective execution, leading Scrum events to enhance collaboration and transparency, collaborating with Product Owners to refine backlog priorities, removing obstacles to boost quality deliverables, cultivating continuous improvement and best practices, fostering self-organization and positive teamwork, and ensuring adherence to values and sustainable pace.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have more than three years of experience as a Scrum Master and more than four years of experience in the IT industry. You must also be proficient in Jira and Confluence tools and possess excellent communication skills. Fluency in Spanish is also required, while advanced English language skills are highly desirable.
