Automotive UX Research Project Lead
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive project management professional to lead a fast-paced automotive UX research study in Brazil. The successful candidate will have native-level Portuguese and professional-level English skills, as well as 3+ years of experience in project coordination, research operations, or similar fields.
About the Role
* The project manager will be responsible for orchestrating day-to-day study operations, assisting in moderating in-vehicle research sessions with local drivers, and providing light device/IT support.
* This is a contract position for 3 months, approximately 40 hours per week, with hybrid work arrangements and up to 2 weeks of on-site fieldwork.
* Strong performers may receive a full-time offer when the project concludes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Coordination: Build and own the project plan, working closely with the Ops Manager and UX Research Lead.
2. Field & Research Execution: Moderate ~2 weeks of in-vehicle sessions, guiding participants through tasks and capturing high-quality data.
3. Technical & Logistics Support: Prep, track, and recover equipment used to execute the study, troubleshoot participant hardware and connectivity issues, and document SOPs.
Requirements
* Native-level Portuguese and professional-level English skills.
* 3+ years of experience in project coordination, research operations, UX research, or similar.
* Comfort diagnosing common hardware/connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, Android/iOS devices, Bluetooth peripherals).
* Familiarity with Google Workspace, project-management suites, and basic spreadsheets.
