Job Responsibilities
* Scout and assess opportunities in the public sector via procurement portals in different countries
* Support the preparation of proposals by gathering relevant data and documentation
* Create and tailor project references and CVs to meet tender requirements
* Collaborate with team members to maintain an internal knowledge base of public tenders and best practices
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* Fluent Portuguese language skills, with business-level proficiency in German and English (B2-C1)
* Very good knowledge in MS-Office, mainly MS-Excel, and MS-Teams
* Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills
* Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive, able to take ownership and motivated to learn quickly
* Interest in public sector processes, international collaboration, and technology-driven projects
