Sales and Business Development Professional
Our organization seeks a skilled Sales and Business Development Professional to drive growth in the LATAM region. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling nutraceutical ingredients to the dietary supplement and functional food & beverage industries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute business plans for key accounts across LATAM, fostering strong relationships with brand owners, CDMOs/contract manufacturers, and distributors.
* Present nutraceutical ingredients to customers, clearly articulating benefits, applications, and go-to-market strategies.
* Collaborate with technical, regulatory, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions and product launches.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and optimize sales performance.
* Meet and exceed quarterly/annual sales targets with accurate forecasting and disciplined CRM management.
* Represent the company at regional trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
* Provide technical/product support to customers in coordination with internal teams.
