The ideal candidate will have experience transforming raw creator footage into engaging short-form ads that drive sales across various platforms.
As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for crafting persuasive ad content that resonates with our target audience.
* Develop compelling visual narratives that capture viewers' attention from the first 3 seconds.
* Collaborate with our content creators to transform raw footage into engaging short-form ads (15-90 seconds) that convert cold traffic into buyers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Create high-quality, visually appealing ads at scale.
2. Transform raw creator footage, UGC clips, and b-roll into persuasive short-form ads and VSLs that convert cold traffic into buyers.
3. Craft hooks that stop thumbs in the first 3 seconds.
Requirements:
* Experience working with video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
* Proven track record of creating high-converting ads that drive sales.
* Strong understanding of visual storytelling principles.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
