Sales and Business Development Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Business Development professional to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts in Brazil, ensuring excellent service and long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow key accounts in Brazil to achieve revenue and margin growth
* Collaborate with technical services and marketing teams to develop solutions aligned with customer needs and market trends
* Deliver assigned business targets related to revenue, margin, profit, and cost
Requirements:
* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems
Preferred Qualifications:
* Degree in agriculture, biology, veterinary sciences, or a related field
* Extensive experience in sales management
* Fluency in Portuguese and English; Spanish language is a plus
