We are looking for an LP Partnership Manager (LATAM) to drive business development and build strong relationships with liquidity providers across Latin America. This role will be instrumental in sourcing, onboarding, and managing LP partners throughout the region, while working closely with the trading team to optimize liquidity, pricing, and execution.The ideal candidate is deeply embedded within the LATAM financial ecosystem, with a strong network of regional liquidity providers, banks, payment processors, OTC desks, and institutional partners. They should possess a strong understanding of local market structures, FX and payment flows, regulatory nuances, and banking infrastructure across key LATAM corridors.Key Responsibilities:Business Development & Partnerships- Identify, source, and establish relationships with local and regional liquidity providers across LATAM- Evaluate LP quality including pricing, depth, reliability, settlement capabilities, and regional coverage- Negotiate trading terms including spreads, fees, credit lines, settlement arrangements, and margin terms- Build strategic partnerships with local banks, payment providers, OTC desks, and institutional counterpartiesMarket & Network Development- Leverage an existing LATAM network to expand LP coverage across key markets including Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, and other emerging corridors- Maintain strong relationships with regional banks, payment providers, FX brokers, and liquidity partners- Stay up to date with local market dynamics, regulatory developments, FX controls, pricing trends, and competitive landscape across LATAM- Provide local market intelligence and operational insight to support regional expansion and corridor developmentExecution & Collaboration- Work closely with traders to ensure optimal liquidity, pricing, execution quality, and settlement efficiency for LATAM flows- Coordinate with internal compliance, operations, treasury, and onboarding teams to ensure smooth LP integration and operational setup- Support ongoing performance monitoring, optimization, and expansion of LP relationships across the region- Assist in identifying new liquidity opportunities tied to stablecoin adoption and cross-border payment demand in LATAMBanking & Infrastructure Setup- Facilitate the opening of local bank accounts and establishment of payment rails required for LP operations in LATAM markets- Identify suitable banking and payment partners to support local currency settlement, cross-border flows, and fiat-to-stablecoin conversion- Support infrastructure setup for regional treasury operations, local collections, and payout capabilitiesRequirements- 5 to 10 years of experience in business development, partnerships, liquidity management, or institutional sales- Strong experience in payments, FX, trading, digital assets, or related financial services- Deep understanding of LATAM financial markets, local banking systems, payment infrastructure, and regional liquidity dynamics- Well connected with liquidity providers, banks, OTC desks, payment processors, and institutional partners across LATAM- Proven ability to source, onboard, and manage LPs within local LATAM markets- Strong knowledge of cross-border payment corridors, local currency settlement, and regional regulatory considerations- Must have a strong and established LP network in Latin America, with particular strength in one or more major regional markets- Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is highly preferredVision & MissionOSL is the first SFC-licensed digital asset platform in Hong Kong and a PayFi innovator.
