Job Description
The position of Training Operations Coordinator is a key role within the Operations team that supports NIIT's customers in Frankfurt. This role requires a high level of organizational and time management skills to deliver outstanding service to our clients.
The team works collaboratively on common projects with part of the team based in India. As a Training Operations Coordinator, you will report to the Training Operations Manager and be responsible for coordinating training session delivery.
You will work closely with the customer's learning delivery team to ensure seamless execution of training activities. Your responsibilities include:
* Analyzing training needs provided by the client and determining the number of sessions needed to train the overall number of trainees according to courses and per site,
* Initiating and managing requests for session creation, modification, completion, and cancellation where required,
* Organizing training sessions according to trainees' expectations and availability and ensuring their proper execution,
* Calibrating and coordinating with the Indian team for any changes/updates in the training event/program,
* Supporting completion of training activities by following up for attendance and invoice if required,
* FOLLOWING AND ENSURING ADHERENCE TO THE WORKFLOW AND PROCESSES USING THE CRM TOOL
Key requirements for this role include 2-4 years of experience in learning delivery management and/or operations, exposure to an international work environment, and a high-level understanding of the training landscape. Additionally, candidates should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize activities effectively.
A relevant qualification or equivalent combination of experience and education is also desirable.
