Skillful metadata experts with a passion for organizing and managing large-scale digital asset libraries are sought after by organizations to play a key role in enabling AI tagging systems, maintaining asset integrity, and ensuring long-term scalability of the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of metadata models, taxonomy structures, and controlled vocabularies, as well as experience in creating and applying consistent folder structures, naming conventions, and tagging standards.

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor's degree in project management, communications, computational linguistics, or 3 years of experience in a similar line of work
* 3+ years of program or project management experience
* Experience and understanding of the concept of training data creation for AI prompt development
* 3+ years of experience in managing an extensive digital asset library
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to teach/train content governance and DAM operational policies to teams that have different levels of understanding of the subject matter
