Biotech Sales Development Representative

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of genetics-related topics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in both English-speaking and Spanish-speaking markets.
* Qualify leads and manage the sales pipeline through proactive outreach and consistent follow-ups.
* Conduct sales meetings and presentations using company materials to explain products and services.
* Communicate clearly and professionally in English, ensuring strong verbal and written communication.
* Present professionally on video calls, maintaining an appropriate background, appearance, and demeanor.
* Confidently learn and discuss genetics-related topics to engage effectively with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to contract closure—handling deals ranging from $100,000 to $2 million.
2. Respond promptly to client inquiries and diligently follow up to move opportunities forward.
3. Conduct outreach via phone and email, as well as respond to inbound calls.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous sales experience in genetics, biotech, clinics, labs, or related industries.
* Educational background in Biology/Medical fields is a plus.
* Strong organizational skills: track discussions, manage follow-ups, prioritize effectively.
* Familiarity with selling technology-driven solutions strongly preferred.
* Advanced English proficiency: clear verbal communication, strong written skills, and the ability to present confidently.
