We are seeking a seasoned talent strategist to join our team in Brazil. As a senior-level professional, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our recruitment strategy and driving business growth.

 * Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to meet business objectives.
 * Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
 * Oversee the performance of the recruitment delivery team and ensure all SLAs and KPIs are consistently met.
 * Analyze operational data to identify trends and drive improvements in recruiting processes.
 * Present insights and updates to both internal and external leadership in a confident and compelling manner.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Act as the primary point of contact between our organization and clients.
 * Provide strategic consulting and data-driven recommendations to drive business growth.
 * Drive recruitment initiatives to attract top talent and improve candidate experience.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
Requirements:
 * Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with a strong emphasis on talent acquisition.
 * Previous experience in staffing, RPO, or talent consulting firms with a focus on client-facing or manager-facing roles.
 * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage with senior leadership and clients.
 * Native Portuguese, fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
 * Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and a self-assured, professional presence.
 * Ability to analyze operational challenges, identify risks/opportunities, and implement strategic solutions.
 * Proven ability to lead or influence recruitment teams towards high performance and successful delivery.
