INconnet Serviços de Informática Ltda. is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused IT support professional to join our team. The role involves providing remote support to employees of our clients in Argentina.
Responsibilities
Provide level 1 technical support to end-users via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of IT issues related to Windows, Office, Office 365, hardware, network, and general IT support.
Configure and maintain user workstations to ensure optimal performance.
Document technical problems and resolutions in a ticketing system.
Maintain a positive and professional relationship with users.
Proactively identify and research potential solutions to improve support efficiency.
Continuously expand your IT knowledge and skills.
Qualifications
Experience in IT support or related fields.
Strong communication skills in Portuguese and Spanish (written and spoken).
Fluency in English is a plus.
Excellent customer service skills and commitment to user satisfaction.
Proactive problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Experience with IT ticketing systems (Zendesk, ServiceNow, etc.) is advantageous.
Knowledge of hardware, networking, and general IT concepts.
