Business Development Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced B2B Key Account Manager with a background in the travel industry to drive sales growth and expand our customer base.
About the Role
* In charge of existing clients within assigned territories, focusing on API wholesale online, API retail offline, and web shopping accounts.
* Develop strategic account plans to achieve sales targets, foster account growth, and identify new business opportunities.
* Acquisition of new key accounts within assigned territories.
Main Responsibilities:
* Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their objectives.
* Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue generation.
* Prepare and present reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights.
* Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback and insights from clients, contributing to the development of new products/services.
* Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to proactively identify potential threats and opportunities.
Key Qualifications:
* Strong influencing and negotiation skills to establish and maintain long-term commercial relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Proven ability to deliver results in an autonomous working environment.
* Commercial knowledge of the travel and hospitality industries.
* Knowledge of B2B business models and emerging trends.
* Project management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
