Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing prompt and effective assistance to customers through various communication channels.
Main Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to the team lead or senior agents.
* Maintain high levels of productivity and adhere to department standards for key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Stay informed about company policies, announcements, and updates to ensure effective communication with customers.
* Adhere to assigned working hours and demonstrate punctuality in scheduled shifts.
* Identify and report system errors or service disruptions to the team lead or mid/senior agents.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese languages.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Strong customer service skills, including empathy, accuracy, and responsiveness.
* Ability to work a schedule from Monday to Friday (3 PM to 11 PM GMT+3) with Saturday and Sunday as days off.
Preferred Skills and Experience
* Previous experience in customer support roles.
* Familiarity with Jira and Confluence tools.
