Position Overview We are seeking a highly creative and hands-on Senior Talent Development Partner to support our Talent Development function. In this role, you will embrace a customer-centric approach, laser-focused on delivering maximum impact through simple, high-quality solutions. You will partner closely with leaders to understand their desired development outcomes, time constraints, and needs. Leveraging this knowledge, you will craft relevant, engaging learning content that drives measurable business results for our internal customers. Responsibilities Collaborate with leaders to translate team development needs into compelling learning experiences driving measurable growth. Design and develop engaging, multimedia-rich asynchronous learning content using tools like Articulate, tailoring for diverse styles through simple, high-impact solutions. Serve as the operational owner for the LMS system, curating and maintaining a dynamic, streamlined training catalog. Continuously refine materials for relevance, effectiveness, and alignment with customer needs. Rapidly produce high-quality, iterative content elevated by feedback and data. Requirements 3-5 years of experience driving the development of L&D initiatives in a high-growth startup or late-stage tech environment. Experience leveraging LMS systems, e-learning platforms, intranet solutions, and instructional design tools like Articulate to deliver impactful learning experiences. Exceptional collaboration and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-centric approach to building relationships and delivering outstanding service to stakeholders. Proven ability to analyse training metrics, evaluate impact, and translate findings into actionable recommendations to enhance learning solutions.
