Title: Sales & Operations LeadLocation: BrazilEmployment type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are expanding our presence in Brazil and seeking a Sales & Operations Lead to ensure every customer order and shipment runs smoothly, from confirmation to delivery. This is a hands-on role where you will own the order-to-cash cycle, drive continuous improvements, and act as the connector between Sales, Finance, Logistics partners, and customers.This is an exciting chance to join a fast-growing, international organization where your work directly impacts growth and customer success.What You’ll DoManage inbound & outbound logistics, ensuring on-time and in-full delivery.Own the order-to-cash cycle: processing orders, maintaining accurate records, and overseeing invoicing.Align demand, supply, and inventory with sales forecasts.Serve as the daily link between Sales, Finance (external back-office), logistics partners, and customers.Support billing, collections, and proactive customer communications.Report weekly KPIs (delivery performance, AR overdue, issue resolution).Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements for scalability.What We’re Looking For4–7+ years in sales operations, logistics coordination, or customer operations in a B2B setting.Hands-on experience managing licensed import partners and 3PL providers.Strong knowledge of electronic invoicing and commercial documentation in Brazil.Proficiency in MS Office and comfort with CRM/partner portals.Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English.A customer-first mindset, strong attention to detail, and ability to stay calm under pressure.Nice to HaveExperience in industrial chemicals, lubricants, or distribution.Knowledge of foreign-trade documentation and warehouse cycles.Basic process-improvement skills.What We OfferA chance to be a key player in building our Brazilian operations.The autonomy and responsibility of a lean, fast-paced team.Competitive compensation and growth opportunities in a future-proof industry.
