Due to rapid expansion, we are currently looking for an organised individual to join our team to assist with a variety of administration tasks of our company.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assist with preparing quotes
- General office administration tasks
- Spreadsheet management
- Data Entry
- Assist with the co-ordination of staff and logistics
- Order inventory and manage deliveries where required

- Ability to excel under pressure
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative
- Punctual and work well in a team environment
- Good Microsoft office skills

**Salary**: R$10,300.00 - R$15,400.00 per month
