 
        
        Job Title: Senior Internal Talent Advisor
You will serve as a strategic liaison between our client and Randstad, requiring strong stakeholder management skills, operational insight, and leadership capabilities.
Key responsibilities include acting as the primary point of contact between Google and RSR, building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, overseeing recruitment delivery team performance, analyzing operational data, influencing team goals, and presenting insights to leadership.
Required qualifications include minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with a strong emphasis on talent acquisition, previous experience in staffing firms, excellent communication and presentation skills, native Portuguese, fluent in English, and strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Act as the primary point of contact between Google and RSR, ensuring high-quality recruitment services.
 * Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, offering strategic consulting and data-driven recommendations.
 * Oversee the performance of the recruitment delivery team (the pod), ensuring all SLAs and KPIs are consistently met.
 * Analyze operational data and identify trends to proactively solve issues and drive improvements in recruiting processes.
 * Influence and guide the team toward achieving delivery goals and maintaining a high standard of client satisfaction.
 * Present insights, updates, and reports to both internal and client-side leadership in a confident and compelling manner.
