About the Role:
* You will drive growth initiatives, leading sales and pre-sales activities across LATAM
* Collaborate with internal teams and partners to deliver tailored solutions to clients
Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospect and close large-scale deals to achieve business objectives
2. Lead end-to-end business development processes, from scoping deals to defining strategic plans
3. Support the sales team during pre-sales and sales phases to ensure client satisfaction
4. Develop a consultative sales approach, understanding customer needs and proposing solutions aligned with our goals
Requirements for Success:
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Data, IT, or a related field
* Proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory
* Familiarity with DevOps practices and Agile methodologies is a plus
